Today, on 21.06.2023, the release ceremony of Rajasthan Kheti Pratap’s livestock special issue was organized in the administrative building of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur. On the occasion of release of livestock special issue, Vice-Chancellor and Patron Rajasthan Kheti Pratap appreciated the contribution of the magazine in giving information about traditional and modern techniques to the farmers. Dr. Karnataka gave information about the importance of Livestock Special Issue in the middle of Lumpy disease, as well as urged that in the upcoming livestock edition, all the information related to animal husbandry, especially including breed, diet, housing, disease and market, etc., should be traditional and modern. Information should be made available to the farmers.
On this occasion Dr. R. A. Kaushik told that Rajasthan Kheti Pratap Patrika is regularly making meaningful efforts to provide agriculture related information to the farmers through monthly and special editions, the Vice Chancellor and the farmers of the state appreciated their work.
Progressive farmer Mr. Devi Singh, who was invited on this occasion, also expressed his views and told about the benefits being received by Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology.
At the end of the programme, Dr. Siddharth Mishra, Head of the Animal Production Department, while expressing thanks, appreciated the contribution of the students in the Livestock Special Issue and advised the students to take inspiration from such programmes.
