Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem conducted training programme on Integrated Pest and Disease Management in Kharif Crops at Hemachandrapuram Village, Lakshmidevipalli Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District on 27.10.2023.
In this programme Dr. V. Lakshmi Narayanamma, Programme Coordinator has given emphasis on pest and diseases management in Kharif crops like Cotton and Paddy and also suggested timely control of sucking pests in cotton and panicle mite, leaf folder management in paddy and also suggested to spraying of Neem Oil @ 1500 ppm. B. Shiva, SMS (Horticulture) has spoken on sucking pest management in chilli crop and suggested installation of sticky traps i.e., yellow and and blue each @ 50 per acre and also suggested to spraying of Neem Oil @ 1500 ppm. In this programme a total 45 number farmers were participated and conducted filed visit.
