Dr. Gopika Talwar, Dr. Rekha Chawla and Dr. Gurpreet Kour Tulla shared knowledge on different aspects.

Dr. Gopika Talwar deliberated on the importance of packaging of value added products and conducted hands-on training for cup-sealer machines and hand-sealer machines to the trainees. She highlighted the use of cup/glass sealer machines to pack products like kheer, lassi, whey drinks or flavored milks etc. The women farmers had already been trained for these products. She suggested them to pack the products like paneer, chhaina, sweets etc. with a hand sealer machine.

Dr. Rekha Chawla trained the beneficiaries for the scientific method of paneer making and addressed their queries about the process.
