PAU Flower Growers Club members today PAU Vice Chancellor Dr. Met with Satbir Singh Gosal. The club members asked for their solution to the problems arising in the cultivation and marketing of flowers.
Club President Gurpreet Singh Shergill and the members discussed the issues of marketing of flower crops and suggested formation of Farmer-Producer Organizations (FPOs) to increase economic benefits.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Satbir Singh Gosal ji assured to solve the upcoming problems of the club. He said that the university will soon take the problems to the Punjab government.
On this occasion, Dr. Tejinder Singh Riad Additional Director Communication, Head of Floriculture and Landscaping Department Dr. Parminder Singh, Club President Gurpreet Singh Shergill and other members joined.
