On the eve of Independence Day, 14 August, a cultural program was organized at the Indian Council of Agricultural Research’s Central Sheep and Wool Research Institute , Avikanagar . Along with the special guests Principal Mr. Girdhar Singh , Government Higher Secondary School , Malpura , Mr. Ishwar Singh Principal Kendriya Vidyalaya Avikanagar and Mr. Shivji Lal Bamberwal etc. also participated. Dr. Arun Kumar Tomar ,The Director was welcomed with a shawl and a bouquet of wool made by the institute . On behalf of Samaj Sadan Avikanagar, Director and President of Ladies Club Avikanagar, Mrs. Poonam Tomar was also welcomed by Dr. FA Khan and Mrs. Akela Khan, Vice President Ladies Club. On 14 August In the cultural program being organized on the eve, colorful cultural programs were organized by Avikanagar Sansthan’s Kendriya Vidyalaya , Government Higher Secondary School , Samaj Sadan , Ladies Club etc.

Chief guest Mr. Kanhailal Choudhary and Director Avikanagar present in the program also gave hearty wishes of Republic Day to all present in the program and thanked all the participants of the cultural program by encouraging them for their wonderful presentation and the people of Malpura Todaraisingh area by Avikanagar Institute. On the occasion of Independence Day on 15th August, Director Avikanagar hoisted the flag while taking the salute of the march past. While addressing all his employees, the Director inspired them to work in the interest of the institute. He also detailed the current initiatives of the institute. Referring to the dreams of the Prime Minister of the country, he appealed to his employees to make the country famous in the world by making full contribution to every countryman in a self-reliant India .

For the success of Chandrayaan 3 , the Director requested all the people of Avikanagar to pray that this historic success of the country is accomplished. Avishan sheep , value added products made from sheep wool , the institute got patents , Indian Council of Agricultural Research Eight technologies of the institute got recognition , information about training programs being given to farmers of different states and union territories across the country , successful organization of national seminar ,Cultivation of wool varieties along with sheep, goats, rabbits etc. of advanced breeds through the MOU being done by the Agri Incubator Center of the institute and the extension technology being done by the institute through the schemes of Government of India for different sections and communities of the country. Expressed great thanks and gratitude for the efforts being made by the scientists and employees of the country on horticulture and told that due to your extension technology and service to the farmers, today you are prominent in the print media of the country. Director Sir said this Describing it as a huge achievement of the institute, he inspired all the fellow scientists to work continuously on this. Through the sheep , goat and rabbit animals of the institute, we can increase the production of meat by providing employment to the people of the country in the future . The Director said that the institute is making all out efforts to meet the demand of farmers for the advanced breed of animals. How the economically weaker families of the country can earn their livelihood through the animals of our institute, it will be expanded.

In the end, the director felicitated the employees who completed 25 years in the institute , all the participants of the cultural evening , the winners of various sports competitions organized by KV , State School, Samaj Sadan , Ladies Club and also awarded prizes. gave encouragement.
