Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Patiala organized a five day training program on Fruits and Vegetables Processing from 20.11.2023 to 24.11.2023. Course coordinator of the training program. During the course, the trainees got to know the method of preparing different marmalade, candy, jam, RTC, squash etc. by hand.
