SABOUR AGRI INCUBATORS (SABAGRIS):
A Project under RKVY-RAFTAAR Agri Business Incubators (R-ABI) sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture and Framers Welfare, GoI, New Delhi sanctioned in the FY: 2019-20
Goal
All over the world, incubators are receiving attention for developing new enterprises in the fields of technology, service, business ideas etc. in research institutions and universities. The Government of India also attempted to rejuvenate the technology and business development ecosystem in various sectors through its rejuvenated flagship programmes. The Agriculture sector has its own unique ecosystem and opportunities in the realm of business. Therefore, to cater to the need and modalities for agribusiness promotion, the “Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana – Remunerative Approaches for Agriculture and Allied Sector Rejuvenation” (RKVY-RAFTAAR) Project was specifically launched with a component for innovation and entreneurship to promote agripreneurship and startups.
