ICAR-Directorate of Coldwater Fisheries Research organised a 3-day training programme on ‘Health management in Coldwater Fishes’ from 5th – 7th February 2024.

 

The training programme educated trainees on Coldwater aquaculture diseases and their potential losses. It highlighted the importance of disease management and the disease reporting app ‘Report Fish Disease’.

This training equipped trainees with the knowledge, skills, and best practices in managing diseases in coldwater fish.

A total of 13 participants, including a progressive farmer, students, researchers, and fisheries officers from Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
