EEI Organized Farmers sensitization cum Training programme as NABARD sponsored project on ‘Phygital Facilitation for enhancement of Farmers Profitability through the concept of Mobile Agri Support Services ( MASS)’ at Sainpally village of Gundala Mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem dist. on 20-10-2023. Shri. Abhimanyudu, DAO, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Dr. Prasad Rao Pasam, Chairman and MD, EEEIPL, Shri Ram Reddy, representative of LDM (SBI), Shri. Sujith kumar, DGM, NABARD, Shri. Marianna, Dist. Hort. Officer, Shri. Gopala Krishna Murthy, Asst. Director, Animal Husbandry dept., Shri. Tata Rao, ADA, Shri. Ashok, AO, Shri. Lenin, AEO, Shri Srinivas, Krishi Tantra, representatives of IFFCO, Kisan Link and Vyomic drones, 150 Farmers and 45 farm women were participated. Farmers were trained on Soil sample collection procedure, usage of soil health card, usage of drones, methodology of video based farmer- scientist iteration, soil testing procedure, ways & means of obtaining weather based agro advisories, crop diversification by growing vegetables, oilpalm, neredu, papaya, dragon fruit, lemon etc., improved techniques in animal rearing, schemes related to goats, sheep and dairy animals, vaccination for Foot & Mouth disease, linking Farmers with markets, formation and strengthening FPOs for hassle free procurement of resources and easy marketing and physical and digital mode of obtaining information on production and processing technologies in agri and allied sectors.
