The 3rd Convocation of the Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University will be held on Saturday, 6th May, 2023 at 10.30 a.m. in the Pal Auditorium, PAU Campus, Ludhiana. On this convocation, an Honorary degree along with degrees to the candidates who have qualified for the award of Ph.D., Master and Bachelor degrees during the period 16.04.2022 to 20.04.2023 will be conferred alongwith interns of 2017 batch of B.V.Sc. & A.H. programme successfully completing their internship programme. The eligible candidates will also be informed individually. The candidates are advised to send their consent for participation in the Convocation through email gadvasuconvocation2023@gmail.com by 02.05.2023 positively. The candidates who have already received their degrees in absentia will not be considered for the Convocation. The candidates must report at 09.00 a.m. sharp on 05.05.2023 at Pal Auditorium for identification and collection of Convocation gowns. The compulsory rehearsal for the Convocation shall start at 2.00 p.m. on the same day.
THE CANDIDATES NOT ATTENDING THE REHEARSAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
CONVOCATION.
