KVK, Palem conducted a Field visit of Kharif Black gram and Green gram Minikits at Kummera(V), Bijinepally(M), Nagarkurnool dist on 15.09.2023. Dr. Adhi Shankar, SMS (Horticulture), KVK, Palem Visited the Green gram minikit MGG-389 Vs MGG-295 at Sri. Ramakrishna Reddy, Kummera field. The Crop is at flowering and pod formation stage. Helicoverpa damage was observed and suggested to spray Emamectin benzoate@ 0.4g per litre of water. Biometrical data recorded in the field. Visited the Black gram minikit MBG-1080 Vs PU 31 at Sri.Ramakrishna Reddy, Kummera field. The Crop is at flowering and pod formation stage. Powdery mildew damage was observed and suggested to spray Carbendazim @ 1g/ L or Myclobutanil@ 0.5g/ L of water. Biometrical data recorded in the field. In this visit Dr. Adhi Shankar, SMS (Horticulture), KVK, Palem and 4 farmers were participated.
