Palampur 2 June. CSK H.P.Agriculture University has signed MoU with Indian Army. Prof H.K.Chaudhary, Vice Chancellor told that the University will provide training and expertise in the field of protected cultivation and integrated cultivation of vegetable crops, horticulture, mushroom cultivation, post-harvest and value addition, dairy and organic and natural farming, poultry farming, startup initiatives, bee-Keeping, fisheries, nursery raising etc., to ex serviceman, serving defense personal dependents, wards of defense personals nominated by the Indian Army at different Krishi Vigyan Kendras of the University. The MoU was signed in the presence of Prof H.K.Chaudhary and Brig M.S.Bains. The MoU has been signed initially till March 2025 by Col Ashutosh Mehta on behalf of the Indian Army and Dr.S.K.Upadhyay, Associate Director Extension Education on behalf of the University.
