ICAR-CIBA Conducted an Awareness Campaign through a “Puppet Show on brackishwater Aquaculture and Agro-Based Technologies Based Livelihood Opportunities for the Schedule Tribes and Schedule Caste Families

The KRC unit of CIBA club in collaboration with People’s Blood Centre, Kolkata proudly organized a Blood Donation Camp on October 17, 2023, and it was nothing short of a phenomenal success. With the community’s unwavering support, 100 units of life-saving blood were collected. High standards of hygiene, safety, and quality were upheld during the collection and storage of blood. The event saw an outpouring of support from our dedicated KRC staff and their beloved family members, the resilient fishers’ folk, and the ever-grateful beneficiary farmers. Dr. Debasis De, Head of Regional Centre, KRC of ICAR-CIBA expressed his gratitude to all the donors. After blood donation all the generous donors were offered refreshments and token of appreciation on behalf of CIBA club.
