One day hands on training programme on ‘Value addition of ginger’ was organized at ICAR-IISR on 8.12.2023 for the staff members of State Horticulture Mission (SHM) and Vegetable and Fruit Promotion council Kerala (VFPCK). Twenty-five participants attended the programme. Technical sessions on processing, value addition and quality management in spices were covered in the programme. The programme was sponsored by Vegetable and Fruit Promotion council Kerala (VFPCK).
