There is an atmosphere of joy in the campus due to the ongoing annual inter-college sports and cultural competition-2023 in Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour. Everywhere on the campus, students from nine colleges under the university from across the state are participating in various sports. At some places races are being organized and at other places students are trying their hands at discus throw and javelin throw. All the teams are boosting the enthusiasm of their respective participants, while on the other hand, the campus is also filled with cultural programs; students are dancing to patriotic songs, group singing and other musical performances.

On the second day, the games started with the boys’ 1500 meter race. Among boys, Naveen Kumar, Veer Kuwar Singh Agricultural College, Dumrao (Buxar), Pratap Kumar, Agricultural Engineering College, Arrah, Rishikesh Kumar Singh, Bihar Agricultural College Sabour (post-graduate students) stood first, second and third respectively. Girls showed their strength in discus throw, out of which Monica Kumari, Mandan Bharti Agricultural College, Agwanpur, Bhavya, Bihar Agricultural College, Sabour (post-graduate student) and Nishu Priya, Bihar Agricultural College, Sabour (post-graduate student) stood first, second and third respectively. But the boys also did not lag behind, among them Suman Kumar, (post-graduate student) Bihar Agricultural College, Sabour, Sudhanshu Raj Veer Kuwar Singh Agricultural College, Dumraon, Ravi Shankar, Bihar Agricultural College, Sabour (post-graduate student) stood first, second, and third respectively. Stay in place. Among girls, Supriya Kumari from Bihar Agricultural College, Sabour (undergraduate student), Neha Rani, Bihar Agricultural College, Sabour (postgraduate student), Sonakshi Raj, Bhola Paswan from Shastri Agricultural College, Purnia stood first, second and third respectively in high jump. In boys’ high jump, Sandeep Kumar, Bihar Agricultural College, Sabour (post-graduate student), Rishikesh Kumar Singh, Bihar Agricultural College, Sabaur (post-graduate student), Ankit Singh, Bhola Paswan from Shastri Agricultural College, Purnia stood first, second, and third respectively.
