Fertilizer schedule
Apply basal P and K with half N at sowing, top-dress remaining N at 30 – 35 DAS. Refer ICAR-IIMR sorghum PoP.
Pest & disease management
Shoot fly is the most damaging pest in early growth; stem borer and ear-head bug at later stages. Mid-season grain mould risk under wet weather.
