Agricultural Education Day was celebrated by College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar to commemorate the birth celebrations of the first president of India Dr Babu Rajendra Prasad. On the occasion, an exhibition was organized for the benefit of the school children to create awareness on the agriculture and agricultural education. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. M. Venkata Ramana, Registrar, PJTSAU, Rajendranagar in the august presence of Dr V Anitha, Dean PG Studies, Dr. Jamuna Rani, Director (IP) and Dr. C. Narendra Reddy, Associate Dean, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar, all the heads of the department, faculty, and research scholars. About 1600 school students from across different parts of the city have participated in the agricultural exhibition. On the occasion, competitions were conducted to the students and prizes were distributed to them.
