Dr Nirmal Jaura, Director Students’ Welfare, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), has been selected as a member of Youth Welfare Council of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University, Bathinda for a period of two years.
Having a long association of over three decades with PAU, Dr Jaura has made immense contribution to the field of Punjabi literature, culture, language and students’ welfare. Besides serving as Dean of Students’ Welfare of Panjab University, Chandigarh for a decade, he has served as Advisor of several institutions and has penned down nine books in Punjabi.
Dr Satbir Singh Gosal, Vice-Chancellor, PAU; senior officials, deans, additional directors, staff and students congratulated Dr Jaura for this achievement.
