The ICAR-CISH carried out 3 days training programme from 7th June to 9th June 2023 at ICAR-CISH Campus, Rehmankhera Lucknow. The Extension Functionaries of Akhil Bhartiya Samaj Sewa Sansthan (ABSSS) and SRIJAN staff attended the programme. The extension functionaries of ABSSS and SRIJA from Shivpuri. Madhya Pradesh, Niwari, M.P., Chitrakoot U.P. and Banda districts participated in the program me. Total 20 staff of above NGO’s arttended the training programme. The Principal Scientist Dr. K.K. Srivastava, was Coordinator Dr. Govind Kumar, coordinator for the 3 days training programme. A Total of 15 lecture 60% of practical carried out. the extension functionaries and farmers given hands on Training on Guava canopy management development, pruning, high density orcharding, orchard floor management, insect-pest and disease management, water and nutrition management in the field by respective expert scientist, the post harvest and value addition of fruits and vegetable crops also demonstrated. The training program was concluded 9th June, 2023.
