Two vaccine technologies of ICAR-IVRI, namely Live Attenuated Peste Des Petits Ruminants (PPR) and Goatpox Combined Vaccine, and Subviral Particle Based Infectious Bursal Disease Vaccine for Chicken were transferred to M/s Hester Biosciences, Ahmedabad on 28.02.2024 at Agrinnovate (AgIn), ICAR, New Delhi. The PPR-GoatPox combined vaccine was transferred with licensing terms of Rs 65 Lakh License fee, 5% royalty for a duration of 10 years. The Subviral Particle Based Infectious Bursal Disease Vaccine for Chicken was transferred with a licensing terms of Rs 35 Lakh License fee, 5% royalty for a duration of 15 years.
The agreements for executing technology licensing agreements was signed by Dr Ram Prakash, Senior Vice President, M/s Hester Biosciences, Ahmedabad and Dr Triveni Dutt, Director & VC, ICAR-IVRI.
