In a significant development fostering collaboration and animal welfare initiatives, Shri Sunil Mansinghka, Coordinator of Go-Vigyaan Anusandhan Kendra Deolapar, Nagpur, India, visited the prestigious ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Cattle (ICAR-CIRC).
