The Training and Placement Office at AMU Kishanganj Centre, Bihar, organized an online Pre-Industry Exposure Webinar in collaboration with 3B Healthcare Inc., Aligarh. The event aimed to bridge the campus-corporate gap by providing students with insights into summer internships, placements, and essential industry skills.
The session began with a welcome address by Dr. Yasar Imam, emphasizing the significance of industry exposure for management students. Speakers from 3B Healthcare Inc., including Danish Zafar Khan, Assistant Vice President, Sales and Operations, Areeb Akhlaq, Senior Manager, Human Resources, and Samra Iqbal, Business Development Specialist, shared valuable perspectives on industry expectations, application processes, and career strategies.
Students and faculty actively participated in discussions, gaining clarity on career growth, industry trends, and recruiter expectations. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Mohammad Asim, who appreciated the speakers and the organizing committee.
