The Directorate of Extension Education, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana, is set to organize the Research & Extension Specialists Workshop for Kharif Crops on February 20-21, 2025 at the Pal Auditorium, PAU, Ludhiana. This highly anticipated event will bring together agricultural scientists, extension workers, officials from the agriculture department, PAU faculty, representatives from PAU Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), students, and farmers for an intensive two-day workshop.
The workshop will be inaugurated by the Worthy Vice-Chancellor of PAU, Ludhiana, on February 20, 2025, at 10:00 am, marking the beginning of discussions on the latest university recommendations for kharif crops.
Participants will gain insights into advanced agronomic practices, pest and disease management, resource-conserving technologies, and crop diversification strategies to enhance kharif crop productivity and sustainability. This platform will also foster collaboration between researchers, extension specialists, and farmers, ensuring the effective dissemination and adoption of innovative agricultural solutions.
