Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem has conducted training programme on vegetable cultivation under pandal system in summer season on 03.02.2024 under SC-Sub plan at Nimmalagudem Village, Sujathanagar Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. In this programme, Dr. J. Mariyanna, DH & SO spoken about vegetables crops suitable under pandal system and emphasises on government subsidies supporting for establishment of pandal system, Dr. V. Lakshmi Narayanamma, Programme Coordinator briefed about pest and disease management in vegetable crops. Dr. S. Naveen Kumar, SMS (Extension) elaborated various ICT tools and its application in agriculture information development and utilize at the end users and also suggested for available videos in PJTSAU YouTube channel. B. Shiva, SMS (Horticulture) emphasized about vegetables suable in summer season under pandal system and also explained about integrated crop management practices. In this programme, B. Rajeswari (A.O), Mamatha (AEO), Village Sarpanch and Progressive farmers and farmwomen, a total 50 numbers were participated and interacted with scientist.
