Director, ICAR-NAARM is pleased to invite the bidders to take part in the auction of the following items in our campus.

The Auction will be conducted on 18th April, 2023 (Tuesday) at 3.00 P.M. The interested bidders are requested to remit an amount of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) as EMD with the Academy in the form of demand draft payable in favour ICAR-NAARM Main Account. The successful bidder has to deposit the bid amount on the same day (i.e. immediately after the auction) within office hours failing which the EMD amount shall be forfeited by the Academy.
The successful bidder has to lift the material during the office hours on all Working days with the knowledge of Office-in-charge, Farm, ICAR-NAARM. The Academy shall not hold any responsibility for any pilferage of the material once auctioned. The EMD of the successful bidder will be treated as caution/security deposit and the same will be returned to the bidder after satisfactory completion of auction period.
Subletting of auctioned item will not be allowed and anything found at a later stage, will be viewed seriously. The said auctioned item will be cancelled forthwith and the amount deposited by the successful bidder will be forfeited. Other terms and conditions will be announced at the time of auction.
Director, ICAR-NAARM reserves right to reject any offer or all offers if the bidding is not in the interest of the organization, Decision of the Director, ICAR-NAARM on any dispute will be final and legally binding.
