In compliance with the guidelines of Official Language Implementation, a workshop on the “Importance of Hindi as Official Language for Office Work” has been conducted at Ginning Training Centre, Nagpur in physical and online mode on June 14, 2023 from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm for all scientists, technical, administrative and skilled support staff of the Institute and its Quality Evaluation Units.
Senior Scientist and Officer-incharge Dr. Pandiyan K. welcomed Dr. Manoj Kumar Pandey, Assistant Professor, RTMNU, Nagpur with a bouquet. The programme was presided over by Dr. S.K. Shukla, Director, ICAR-CIRCOT, Mumbai. Dr. Pandiyan in his inaugural address gave brief information about the office work and activities of the Centre.
Dr. Pandey informed all the employees present in the workshop about the solution to the problem they face in Hindi in their daily official work. He further said that our day-to-day official work should be done smoothly by following the rules under the Official Language Rules. The programme was successfully conducted by Shri R. D. Shambharkar, Member-Secretary of the Official Language Implementation Committee of the Centre and Dr. V.B. Satankar proposed the vote of thanks.
