MoU was signed between Charles Sturt University (CSU), New South Wales, Australia and Govind Ballabh Pant Agricultural and Technology University, Pantnagar under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor of the University Dr. Manmohan Singh Chauhan. The MoU was signed by Vice Chancellor of Pantnagar University Dr. Manmohan Singh Chauhan and Vice Chancellor of CSU Dr. Neena Mittal. This MoU will intensify teaching and research between the two universities and there will also be exchange of faculty members and students. Dr. Neena Mittal said that CSU is ready to bear the expenses on four research scholars.

On this occasion, Associate Professor of Melbourne University, Australia and Vice President of Australia Association of Animal Sciences Dr. Surinder Singh Chauhan and Professor Ian Blan were present. Dr. Surinder Singh Chauhan highlighted the facilities available for research and teaching at the University of Melbourne and expressed the possibility of signing an MoU for a dual degree program for graduate students in agriculture and food sciences. The Dean and Directors of the University were present during the discussions on this occasion. The program was conducted by Dr. Anita and Dr. Sneha Dohre under the supervision of Director of International Affairs Dr. H.J. Shiv Prasad.
