Krishi Science Center of Punjab Agricultural University, Gurdaspur along with raising awareness about stubble management, going to villages and conducting exhibitions of different techniques to manage paddy stubble in the fields, said Dr. Sarabjit Singh Aulakh, Associate Director (Training), Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Gurdaspur said that the exhibiting farmers used different farming machinery like smart seeder, happy seeder, super seeder, Paltau solution, mulcher and mulching method to prepare straw. On the occasion of organizing these exhibitions, Dr. has expressed his satisfaction with the management. Ravinder Singh Chhina, Professor (Agricultural Engineering) gave detailed information to the farmers about the proper use and setting of stubble harvesting machines.
