ICAR-Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute, Goa, and ICAR- KVK, North Goa, participated in the Goa Krishi Mahotsav at Ponda, Goa, during 19-20 May, 2023 and campaigned for soil health management under Mission Lifestyle for Environment to emphasize the importance of soil health in sustainable agriculture. Shri Rahul Kulkarni, ACTO, and Shri Vishwajeet Prajapati, Technical Officer, enlightened Krishi Mahotsav participants on managing soil organic carbon and optimizing nutrient use in agriculture. In addition, they also explained to the visitors about good agricultural practices to maintain soil health. Around 400 people were benefited by this campaign. This programme was coordinated by Shri Rahul Kulkarni and Shri Vishwajeet Prajapati.
