Honourable Prime Minister’s Release of 109 ICAR-Developed Crop Varieties On August 11th, 2024, at 11:00 AM, the HonтАЩble Prime Minister proudly released 109 crop varieties developed by ICAR. To mark this significant achievement, ICAR-CTCRI organized a special event involving our dedicated farmers, with 55 farmers in attendance. Dr. G Byju inaugurated the program, with Dr. D. Jaganathan warmly welcoming all the farmers. Dr. K. Susan John also graced the occasion with her felicitations. During his remarks, Dr. G Byju highlighted our achievements and shared the exciting news that we are set to release even more varieties of tuber crops this year. This event reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and our dedication to supporting the agricultural community.
