The valedictory programme of the EDP on ‘Advances in Processing and Value Addition of Spices’ for the trainees from Assam was organized on 16th February 2024 at ICAR – IISR, Kozhikode. Dr. R. Dinesh, Director, ICAR – IISR inaugurated the programme and addressed the participants. 14 entrepreneurs participated in the programme which was sponsored by Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART) and Department of Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprise, Govt of Assam. The programme comprised of theory and practical sessions on value addition in spices, field visits and industrial exposure.
