Dr Ashok Dhawan, Ex Vice Chancellor of Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth (VNMKV), Parbhani, Maharashtra visited ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Dehradun. He visited the museum of the institute and appreciated the various technologies developed by the Institute for Soil and Water Conservation and Watershed Management for different agro-ecological zones of the country. He also interacted with Dr M Madhu, Director, Dr Charan Singh, Head, Dr Rajiv Singh and other scientist of the Institute and discussed about the research work being undertaken by the Institute. Dr Abimanyu Jhajhria, Scientist, Sh Suresh Kumar, Chief Technical Officer and Sh Dharmpal, Technician coordinated this visit. This visit programme was organized under the active guidance of Dr M. Madhu, Director of the Institute and Dr Charan Singh, Head HRD&SS Division.
