Under the ‘Mann Ki Baat Matsya Kisan Ke Sath’ programme, the Fish Nutrition, Biochemistry and Physiology Division, ICAR-Central Institute Fisheries Education, Mumbai organised a scientists-farmers interaction meet on the production of nutritionally balanced feed and its use for enhancing aquaculture production: feed-based aquaculture for the blue revolution’ today.
Dr N.P. Sahu, Joint Director & Director (I/C), ICAR-CIFE, Mumbai, emphasized the importance of feed and feeding management in enhancing the aquaculture production and to produce the quality fish.
A total of 155 farmers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders across the country attended the programme.
