ICAR-Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture, Chennai in collaboration with Avanti Foundation, Andhra Pradesh organized the skill development training programs in the area of Brackishwater shrimp and fish farming. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the organizations today at AU-Avanti Skill Development Centre, Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
ICAR-CIBA and Avanti Foundation ink MoU to jointly conduct skill development training programmes
Dr. Kuldeep K. Lal, Director, ICAR-CIBA, emphasised the importance of quality manpower in the aquaculture sector and urged the Avanti Foundation to start certificate courses for students after the Intermediate. He also agreed to extend technical support by nominating scientists to deliver expert lectures during the skill development programmes.
Dr. Alluri Indra Kumar, Managing Trustee, Avanti Foundation briefed about the Avanti Foundation and its achievements.
Dr. Kuldeep K. Lal, and Dr. Alluri Indra Kumar, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
