Rythu Nestam live programme conducted at Electronic Wing Studio, PJTSAU, Hyderabad on 7-5-2024 from 9 AM – 10 AM with scientist from Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) and officials from department of agriculture along with farmers from 110 rythuvedika’s of Telangana. The programme started with Video on Importance of Summer Ploughing by Electronic Wing followed by Dr.Sreelatha , Principal Scientist [Agro],RARS , Jagtial explained the farmers about “Summer Ploughing –Activities taken for Pre Kharif season.
A progressive farmer K.Papa Rao, Jithapur Village, Bodhan Mandal ,Nizamabad District shared experience on Benefits of Summer and the farmers queries from different Rythu Vedikas of Telangana were clarified by Scientist. The Ryhtu Nestam live programme was attended by Dr.M.Sreenivasulu, Coordinator and Scientists of Electronic Wing ,Sri Singa Reddy DDA along with farmers and Department Officials form Agriculture and allied sectors at 110 Rythu Vedikas across the state.
