Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Patiala organized a five day training program on Fruits and Vegetables Processing from 20.11.2023 to 24.11.2023. Course coordinator of the training program. Rajni Goyal, Professor (Food Technology) imparted training on making various substances from fruits and vegetables. During the course, the trainees got to know the method of preparing different marmalade, candy, jam, RTC, squash etc. by hand. Progressive farmer Bibi Gurpreet Kaur village Kalyan shared her views with the learners and encouraged them to work hard.
