According to the instructions of Punjab Agricultural University and ICAR New Delhi, Krishi Vigyan Kendra Bathinda organized a district level awareness camp for comprehensive prevention of stubble. More than 200 farmer men and women participated in this camp. In this fair Dr. Gurdeep Singh Sidhu (Deputy Director Training, KVK Bathinda) welcomed the farmers on their arrival at the fair. He informed about the losses due to stubble burning, and suggested its prevention. He gave suggestions to the farmers for farming and asked them to avoid unnecessary expenses on domestic programs.
