The Veraval Research Centre of ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, celebrated the World Fisheries Day in association with CoEA, Kamdhenu university, and conducted input distribution under TSP wherein 10 small FRP boats for reservoir Fisheries were handed over to tribal fisherfolk of Ukai, Gujarat. Sri Kunvarji Halpati MLA and ex-minister of tribal affairs, Govt of Gujarat was present as chief guest and Director of extension education, Kamdhenu University and other dignitaries graced the occasion.
