Under the propitious banner of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”, an initiative of the Government of India, to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of Indian independence, the glorious history, its culture, achievements, and the civilization. Department of Linguistics, FoA, BHU, Varanasi feels immense pleasure to organize a two day National Seminar on Teaching-Learning in Mother/Local Tongue: NEP-2020 and the 1st Alumni Meet from 30th September to 1st October, 2023.It winds up the celebration of the 50 years of the department’s establishment and commemoration of the Golden Jubilee Celebration which started with hosting the 49th All India Conference of Dravidian Linguists (AICDL) in June, 2022.
