The Department of Vegetable Science, PAU, will organise a webinar on the “Protected Cultivation of Vegetable Crops” on November 3 from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm. Dr TS Dhillon, Head of the department, informed that experts will explain protected cultivation of vegetables in Punjab, structure and design of poly net house, cultivation of capsicum and tomato in protected structures, cultivation of cucumber under poly net house, disease and insect-pest management of vegetable crops under poly net house conditions, low tunnel cultivation of vegetable and success stories of progressive farmers.
