PAU-KVK, Sri Muktsar Sahib organized an awareness camp in celebration of National Nutrition Week (1-7 Sept, 2024) at Govt. Senior Secondary Smart School Udekaran.
Dr. Karamjit Sharma, Associate Director (Trg.), KVK, Sri Muktsar Sahib, emphasized the importance of the healthy diet to improve the health status. He also encouraged the students to establish the nutrition garden at their household level.
Mrs Charanjeet Kaur discussed the importance of balanced diet for all age groups, especially adolescent girls. A competition on preparation of nutritious recipes was also organized.
