PAU The Department of Farm Machinery and Power Engineering conducted a hands-on training program on the use of laser land levelers for tractor operators working in Krishi Vigyan Kendras and University Seed Farms.
Head of Department Dr. Speaking on this occasion, Mahesh Kumar Narang said that the laser land leveler is one of the machinery and technical researches that have been done by the department for the betterment of agriculture in the past, the impact of which has been widely seen at the ground level. He spoke in detail about the importance of this technology and its use in saving water He explained the points of using the laser leveler in an appropriate manner according to the field and said that an example can be presented to the farmers by the proper use of this machinery in the farms of Krishi Vigyan Kendras.
