ABOUT THE TRAINING
Nanotechnology in extending the shelf life of horticulture crops and in the improvement of produce quality, thus aiding in Nutritional security. In horticulture, maintaining quality as well as limiting the spoilage of harvested produces like fruits and vegetables is a challenging task. Various kinds of nanomaterials have shown high potential for enhancing shelf-life, reducing post-harvest loss and improving the quality of the horticultural crops.
