ICAR-National Bureau of Soil Survey and Land Use Planning, Regional Centre, Kolkata, organized a 2-day Training of Trainers on Technical Know-How on Land Resource Information Cards to the Extension Managers. LRI cards in Odia version (Bhumi Sampada Tathyabali) were distributed to the 65 farm families of Kuspar village of Baipariguda-1 SWS Cluster of Koraput district of Odisha on 20th-21st June 2024 under the REWARD Odisha Programme.

Dr. F. H. Rahman, Head, ICAR-NBSS&LUP, Regional Centre, Kolkata and Regional Coordinator, REWARD Odisha Project briefed the overview of the LRI Card Programme and way forward action plan for sustainable agricultural development to the farming community of the SWS Cluster.
A total of 105 participants, 40 officials from PDWS, Koraput, Scientists from ICAR-IISWC, Koraput, SMS, KVK, Koraput and 65 farmers from Kuspar village including Panchayat Pradhan and Zila Parishad President of the SWS Cluster were present during the programme.
