A three day training programme on “Scientific Livestock Farming for Sustainable Livelihood” under PMKSY WDC 2.0 watershed project was organized by ICAR- Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute, Goa.
Dr. Parveen Kumar, Director, ICAR-CCARI, Goa, urged all the farmers to share their experience and learning from the 3 day training programme with other farmers of the watershed and motivate them to work in participatory mode for successful implementation of watershed projects in Ponda block. He handed over the certificates to the trainees during the valedictory session.
The training program encompassed a blend of instructive theoretical lectures, informative practical field visits, and insightful field demonstrations facilitated by scientists and the project team of ICAR-CCARI, Goa.
