14.06.2024 A 10-day training program on dairy farming was organized at Krishi Science Center of Punjab Agricultural University, Gurdaspur. In which 27 cattle breeders of district Gurdaspur participated and received training. In this training program Dr. Ankush Paroch, Assistant Professor (Animal Science) gave detailed and practical information to the farmers regarding animal maintenance, food and drink, animal breeds and disease prevention so that farmers can increase their income by adopting dairy business. can do Under this program, the trainees were also given a visit to the farms of the good and successful dairy farmers of the district so that the trainees can adopt it in their dairy industry after seeing good dairy management. Director of Krishi Vigyan Kezdar, Gurdaspur Dr. Bikramjit Singh advised the trainees to take up dairy business enthusiastically so that their agricultural income can increase.
