2. Common Service Centers (CSC): Farmers can visit nearby CSCs to apply and complete the registration process.
3. Local Revenue/ Patwari Offices: Farmers can also apply through offline modes by visiting their local revenue/patwari offices.

Implementation and Progress:
The implementation of PM-KISAN is a collaborative effort between the Central Government, State Governments, and Union Territories. The responsibility of identification, selection, and verification of beneficiaries lies with the respective state/union territory governments, while the Central Government bears the financial burden.
