To improve the scheme’s effectiveness, policymakers should focus on addressing these challenges. There is a need to strengthen data collection processes and update the beneficiary list regularly. Technology-driven solutions, such as using geo-tagging and Aadhaar-linked identification, can ensure better targeting and minimize errors. Proper grievance redressal mechanisms should also be in place to address complaints and queries from the beneficiaries.

Moreover, the program needs to be integrated with other agricultural reforms and comprehensive farmer welfare strategies.
