Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, also known as PM-KISAN, is a government scheme launched on 1 February 2019 to benefit small and marginal farmers of India. The scheme provides a financial assistance of Rs. 6,000 per year to small and marginal farmers who have cultivable land of up to 2 hectares.
