Pant Moong-1:

Pant Moong-1 is an improved variety of summer moong that was developed by the G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Uttarakhand. It is suitable for cultivation in the hilly regions of India, at an altitude of 900-1800 meters above sea level. Pant Moong-1 has a duration of 70-75 days and is characterized by its high seed yield (8-10 quintals/ha) and resistance to powdery mildew.
